  1. One-time date change free to the next available flight based on seat availability
  2. Full refund

*For bookings made through Travel Agents, including Online Travel Agents (OTA), date change and refund requests to be made via respective Travel Agents accordingly.

We encourage our guests to COMPLETE THE TRAVEL DECLARATION FORM prior to travel, FOLLOW QUARANTINE & OTHER TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS AT ALL TIMES.

We also strongly suggest all our guests strictly adhere to the common prevention tips recommended by MOHS & Local Authorities and to present COVID-19 RDT test results at the check-in counter and on arrival at the final destination.
