MAI-Air KBZ becomes the Official Myanmar Airline Partner of ONE Championship TM

Aung La Nsang & the Myanmar Athletes to headline the collaboration

YANGON, 19 February 2020:

Myanmar Airways International (“MAI”) - Air KBZ announced the partnership with the largest global sports media property in Asian history, ONE Championship™ (“ONE”), becoming the “Official ONE Championship™ Airline Partner in Myanmar” and “Official Airline Partner for the Burmese Athletes”. This exclusive partnership includes athlete endorsement from the current ONE Middleweight & Light Heavyweight Champion, Aung La “The Burmese Python” Nsang and three other Myanmar athletes on ONE roster  - Phoe Thaw, Bozhena Antoniyar and Tial Thang.

This long-term partnership is aimed at leveraging on ONE and its athletes’ popularity across Myanmar and the region, as MAI-Air KBZ continues to expand its fleet & network aggressively in 2020 and focus on enhancing its passenger journey with significant investments in technology and customer service channels. During this partnership, both parties are expected to roll out a diverse range of activities through multiple platforms to reach out to their customer base in Myanmar and beyond.
